Hi! I’m Sarah.

Pronouns: she/her/hers

I’m so glad you found your way here! I know how important it is to find a therapist who makes you feel heard, understood, and actually gives you practical tools to help you feel better.

I get it. I’ve gone through my own journey of discovering how I can live my best life and that allows me to show up as my most authentic self in sessions. My clients appreciate that I am down-to-earth and relatable.

As a therapist, I approach our work collaboratively. We will come up with our goals together and I will guide you in reconnecting with your emotions, give you tools to build confidence and healthier relationships, and support you in making the changes that help you live your best life.

More about me.

I was born and raised in Orange County, and am so grateful to call it my home. I attended Loyola Marymount University and graduated with Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

I am a lover of food, coffee, giraffes, yoga, reading, DIY crafts, board/card games, and cooking. I’m an ambivert, so I totally get needing both alone time and social interaction to recharge. I am a firm believer that when we want to make changes, kindness towards ourselves and others is one of the most powerful tools that we have.

"Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do."
