My current rate per 50-minute session is $190 for individual therapy and $210 for couples/family therapy.
I have a limited number of reduced-fee spots available for those who need them. If you do not think you can afford my full fee, please do not hesitate to contact me.

No, I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance at the end of each month for reimbursement.

If you have a health insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, call your insurance provider (the number on the back of your insurance card under Member Services) and ask about the details of your out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement rates vary depending on the plan/provider. Once you have confirmed that you have out-of-network coverage, I will provide you with a Superbill at the end of each month for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Therapy sessions typically occur on a weekly basis. I also recommend that we meet weekly for at least the first 4 weeks in order for us to build a strong foundation in our work together. However, I completely understand that there can be many factors getting in the way of meeting every week and am flexible in meeting your needs.
